-Warranty-
Element Survival has a 6 month guaranteed warranty after the original date the item was purchased from our site. If any item you've purchased fails to adequately perform its function within the first 6 months, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

This guarantee, however, is only valid for manufacturer defects and does not include damages due to obvious abuse or misuse of the item.

Proof of any purchase is required on all service and warranty claims, so please keep a record of your purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable or consumable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

-Refunds (if applicable)-
If you would like receive a refund on an item, please send us a picture of the item in the condition it was originally shipped in and an explanation for its refund. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and will also notify you of the status and conditions of your refund. If a refund is made, you will receive an additional email notification.

-Late or missing refunds (if applicable)-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

-Gifts-
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return for store credit. Once the returned item is received, a unique discount code will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased from our site, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be able to handle the refund.

Any approved returns will not result in any additional costs to you. If you would like to return and item within the 60 day return period, send us a message to notify us and we will be able to reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
